About me
I’m a product designer in Copenhagen who leans product. Fifteen years in, most of them at Driversnote, where I’ve designed across the whole path: a stranger’s first search, the price they pay, the reasons they stay.
What I work on
- Acquisition and activation. Onboarding as the shortest route to the product doing its work on its own, not a tour of what it can do.
- Conversion. Take the friction out of the flow, then show users the value they’ve already captured instead of promising what they’d get.
- Core product, engagement and retention. Retention as the engine, not the last stage of a funnel. A loop that reinvests its own output, run at a frequency that fits the user’s life.
- Brand and marketing creative. The illustration anyone can make, not the better one only a designer can. The why in documentation, the what in templates and a review gate.
What that looks like
My most meaningful work at Driversnote usually starts as a request for something smaller. Marketing asked for better ad assets and got a system that drafts campaign strategy, copy, and finished creatives. A cycle to reorder onboarding turned into cutting or delaying every step between a new driver and a drive the app had already captured for them. Brand illustrations take under ten minutes now, and I’m no longer the bottleneck.
